Yep, I want to see it finished, but I want to make sure the one who does it has enough skill to do so. Someone with good design sense and coding knowledge. The basic framework is already laid out, and what's there can be used as a guideline to complete it. And as I said, I'll be around to help out with any design choices, etc.
I know there are quite of few out there that are capable
PS. If butchabay wants to work on it I'm fine with that, but let's not volunteer him to work on something as he is busy with his own skin, and I'm sure he'd like to make his own choice on what skin to work on. (good choice though)

Well, good news for those of you who were following development of this skin.
reazorFX is going to take over development of Precession Project.
This will allow simultaneous work on Precession and Celestium
