Hi,
I have a Mac Mini, I use optical output. Whenever I play something that's only stereo, it doesn't generate any sound to the receiver.
Everything else works well, soundwise.
Anyone have any suggestions?

We need a lot more info. Does this only happen in XBMC? Do things like navigation sounds still work? What is your audio settings in XBMC? What version of XBMC? What version of Mac OS X?

If you updated your MAC to 10.6.8, then its an known issue. <do a search>
