He said more details, not the same previous sentence you said before and just slightly re-arranged. Read this: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=92480

is your mac and atv on the same network?

- davilla - 2011-10-02

Since you refuse to provide more info, let me guess. You are running 10.7 on the Mac and trying to share smb. That is broke on apples side, many posts and stickies about that issue.

Hi,

I have the same problem Sad

Running Lion server on my mac mini, and can't access the 2 drives from my apple tv2.

I get the 'error 2" sharing not enabled.

What to do??

- DLeavy - 2011-10-03

Sticky at top of forum - hard to miss. It's called:

new AFPClient for iOS/OSX <--SOLUTION FOR LION USERS

You probably shouldn't tell a forum moderator (that has the ability to ban you) to shut the fuck up.

It's pretty clear from the replies the other guy got that just saying "I have this problem" is almost never enough information.

It's also a good idea to read the forum stickies, including the one with the solution for your problem, and the one that says "READ ME FIRST BEFORE POSTING". The reason those posts are there are for new people.

Nice work. I wish I was a that calm.

Probably fair to say no one on here should be telling anyone to STFU... no need for that crap here. No one minds a little sarcasm, livens things up, but offensive behaviour shouldn't be tolerated.

Nice response Ned... fair... i.e. here's your warning, and here's what's likely to happen next if you can't behave.

That was impressive...I would've banhammed
