Also what does Enable Actors Cache do?

...

If this option is enabled, Ember save all actor pictures to the folder .actors (in movie folder). XBMC can read this and make no downloading Big Grin

XBMC wiki:
Quote:Actor thumbnails

You can add actor thumbnails to any movie or TV show by adding an '.actors' folder in the corresponding movie / TV show / Epsiode directory. You may need to use the command line to create this directory in Windows.
The folder can then contain actor images using the following naming convention:

Videos\path\.actors\actor_name.tbn (spaces replaced with underscores)

Another day, another fix Big Grin

Ember 1.3.0.5 Fix 5 Changelog:
- add an option to select the preferred size of extrathumbs when manually scraping (original, w1280, poster, or thumb (300px*?))
- add an option to select the preferred language of Youtube trailers (if not in the desired language is found, the English took)

If you have installed Ember fix3 or fix4 you can also just replace the "scraper.EmberCore.dll" (Modules folder).

Ember 1.3.0.5 Fix 5:

Example:

Movie.part1.mkv
Movie.part2.mkv
Movie.partx.mkv etc...
Movie-trailer.mov

XBMC will detect and play trailer just fine, but ember will not see the trailer.

If you name it:
Movie.part1-trailer.mov

Ember will detect it.
Would it be possible to get a fix, so that ember will also see the first naming convention?

Any chance this issue will be adressed Dan?

I will check this tomorrow (today 30° C) Big Grin

Just updated to the very latest version. Thanks for keeping it alive! Have a few thoughts / bug reports / feature requests:

1) Any chance to get hd-trailers.net supported again?
2) Any chance to get an auto-update function?
3) Is XBMC Controller working? Is it really as impressive as it sounds (i.e., always syncing directly with the database)? Would this allow me to update IMDB ratings in EMM and then they automatically also update in XBMC?
4) Any chance to use imdbapi.com rather than scraping from imdb.com? This is actually the most important one for me as imdb.com is blocked in China and imdbapi.com is accessible?

Again, thanks for keeping EMM alive!!!

1) What is the scraper you use? Native or XML?
2) What do you mean?
3) Working! Changes the following data when Realtime -Sync is enabled:
- Outline
- Tagline
- Votes
- Rating
- Year
- IMDBID
- Runtime
- MPAA
- Genre
- Director
- OriginalTitle
- Studio
- Trailer
- Country

4) What is the scraper you use? Native or XML?

Thanks for your quick reply!!! Using native scrapers. Do any other scrapers allow me to use imdbapi.com over imdb.com. This would make my day!
