failed to load scraper XML / Unknown nodetype requested videodb - Jester - 2011-12-25 I took a fresh ATV2, did JB, installed eden beta 1. so I stared from scratch, blank everything. now i've added my tv shows (using thetvdb scraper) but i've seens loads of this Code: WARNING: GetIcon - Unknown nodetype requested videodb://2/2/43/0/ and this issue detailed in the ticket below is also still there http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/12285 Then I wanted to add my Movies (using themoviedb scraper), but with every entry it keeps giving: Code: WARNING: failed to load scraper XML Example of a failed scan Code: 17:24:42 T:804507648 DEBUG: Thread VIDEO::CVideoInfoScanner start, auto delete: 0 there is no access issue, I can play everything fine, its just a scraper/thumbnail issue possible culprits: ?? https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/commit/227d928d93ff88db3004bc7369bf4a0cbd51132c https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/commit/4cd482dafd49ec671d5b46077dbef06eeb67ca3b - Jester - 2011-12-25 Apparently I ran into a known issue, as the fam. is using the ATV2 I can't test right away, but to solved the failed to load scraper XML issue, one needs to install the youtube add-on will report back later. EDIT: failed to load scraper XML issue = known issue, fixed by installing the youtube plugin the other issue might be related to an open ticket with fix which didn't make it into Eden beta 1 http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/12285 - andematt - 2012-01-07 Installing the YouTube add-on definitely fixed the issue for me. Thanks for posting the solution. - VeNoMouSNZ - 2012-01-22 andematt Wrote:Installing the YouTube add-on definitely fixed the issue for me.
