Should support a lot more device now.
AV receiver plugins allow controlling your receiver volume from within Yatse even when using passthrough.

Hi,
I've been fiddling with this for the past day or so and really like the app, thanks for making it.
I have a question though. When I go into addons in yatse some of them allow me to completely control the addon and others don't. For example, going into music box on yatse allows me to see all the menus and start music from there which is great, however if I go into google music exp after telling me the data was being fetched it then tells me its an empty directory. Although if I start playing music on google music exp through kodi, I can skip songs, see the playlist etc on yatse. For video add ons some of them will show me some of the basic menus but I can't get to any lists of videos, others will just say empty directory from the begining.
I'm not actually particularly concerned about the video ones, as it accesses my library perfectly, though they would be handy to be able to have, I just listed them so you can see what I mean. But it would be really great to be able to access google music exp directly from yatse, like I can with music box, instead of having to start each new radio/playlist/album from kodi before being able to control it.
This is quite possibly something I haven't set up right, so i'm not complaining, just wanting some thoughts. I am using the latest version of yatse, and kodi 15.2.

Well either it's a timeout as the addon is too slow to return data, or it's a bug in the addons and VFS.
There's no API in Kodi to manage addons, so all depends on how the addons implement it's VFS.

Thanks. I wonder because theres so many addons doing this with yatse that it might be my internet connection. I get around 30mbps over wifi, which is fast for me but i'm aware is fairly slow compared to the rest of the world so maybe its causing it to time out. Might mention it to the google music exp dev though just in case since thats the one i'd really like working.
Edit; Have just been testing with my computer as well and the same addons work perfect with yatse, my SMP must be the problem, I guess it is to slow. So my own problem

Nothing to do it's automatic. If it does not work you have a configuration problem and most of the time your host is marked offline under it's name

Not sure to understand the question, but AFAIK there's no way to achieve that from remote currently.

i use my kodi only for playing music.
Is it possible to add the volume control buttons on the playing tab ?
I also would like showing volume in percent ?

Well use your phone hardware buttons, they works everywhere in the application and can display a dialog that shows the volume percent
