) user of Yatse. I'm planning to replace my TV & Receiver with DLNA enabled stuff, and sorry if it has been asked already (couldn't find in the thread) but I was wondering if we could have buttons to send DLNA commands, for instance to the receiver to raise/lower the volume?That'd be just great!

Hey Tolriq, was wondering if maybe it is possible to expand on the new URI a little bit.. Specifically would it be possible to use a command such as yatse://command/play/files/Audio Playlists/New Albums to attempt to initiate the playback of a specified directory? I love where the more back end stuff is going!

If I am playing music from party mode and I want to queue a song to play next but maintain the party mode playlist what should i do. I havent been able to do it successfully.

hey guys I need your help now that the back stack option is avalible on 2.9.2 can someone explain to me what that funtion does to find the correct way to translate I had a really bad time with that lol

@jimbo2008 : this is a limitation in Xbmc I don't think this is possible. Since for me Xbmc does the randomize before playing the next one this will every time loose the song you queued.

Addons working nice but an option to open remote after starting an addon woulf be nice.

Would it be possible to control an addon completely from the remote device (e.g. android tablet/handy)?
Background of my question is: For music addons like Radio, it would be nice to control it without turning on the TV.

@TeKo : since I don't really think of any other possible action after starting an addon will put this by default
@bj1234 : there's no api to remote control addons. If the addon implement support for it you can use File Mode then Addon to browse it and start things. From memory Radio does support this and works ok from Yatse.
