will xbmc eden beta 1 be able to use my old restore/backup? - turbinez - 2012-01-08
My ATV was jailbroken on 4.3.x and i recently updated to 4.4.4 and jail broke again. And now I have a fresh copy of XBMC eden beta 1 installed. Would it be possible for me to copy over my xbmc backup folder back to my atv with all my settings and skins and database intact since the XBMC i had before was a nightly build from back in September? or will it mess up?
I was running my Alaska skin previously and would like to get all my skins and settings back to how it was using the new xbmc eden beta.

Copy the whole userdata folder over, change the permissions over to mobile and let her rip!
