No Sound over HDMI GT210 - buzurk - 2012-03-26
Hey guys
Got a HP 5850sff here, with a Ge force GT210 in it
Installed the latest Eden XBMCbuntu from CD onto an internal USB drive, seems to be working OK but i get no sound via HDMI
Playing a movie says "failed to initialize audio device"
I got this on openelec too, but i had to edit some files as per a guide on their forums and it all worked, just was a little unstable for me, so i want to try this one out
Anyone able to assist?

In system > audio cycle through each audio output device try a video for each you might get lucky.

1st check the sound of not muted "sudo alsamixer" form a terminal if anything says mm unmute it by pressing m on the keyboard.
I am presuming you know how to get to the xbmc desktop, are you on xbmcbuntu?
