I couldn't find a supplier here, in Holland as well.
That's why i bought a laptop replacement adapter, just take a look at the original site link

Scroll down to the Compatible Models list and look for a supplier that sells laptop adapters in the uk, or a county close to you (like Holland).

Be aware when you visit Holland, the coffeeshops in the three southern provincies have a not-selling-weed-to-foreigners-policy (a new law) starting from today...

If you want to stress your powerful A8-3820, you can watch blu-ray movie on a USB drive and trancoding (converting blu-ray m2ts to mkv) in the background. It seems to take the most power on my HTPC everytime I do these.....

If only by gaming it can handle the 65watts brick that would be good. But i think it might go over for gaming what to do guys think

You don't need a BD-ROM....you can simply watch blu-ray movie and transcoding another blu-ray movie off the same USB drive.....

Got my box built last night! Took a solid two hours with cable tidying.. Powered up straight away w/o an issue.

Beer, one thing you may want to add to the first post is to install the RAM before the heatsink! If you install the sink first, there's no way the ram is going in there without breaking off the plastic guides first (or removing the freshly mounted heatsink). I didn't have this problem, but it's possible others will.. I just hope my RAM doesn't go bad Smile

I'm using the Scythe 1100 btw.

P.S. was there a guide somewhere for Win 7 tweaks and tips to prepare for an HTPC system? I recall seeing one, but cant track it down now.

Sounds like you've done some serious cable management, how about some pics Tongue

You're comment re RAM and heatsink is spot on too. I built mine in same order as you, but completely forgot to mention it for others benefit! Rolleyes
