Out of the blue my normally rock solid XBMC is sticky, this film kept stopping and batting me out to the movies menu. It did do it on a different file the other night.
Does this log reveal the definitive cause?
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1(build :7601)
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5200 x2 with 4gb ATI Radeon HD 5450

Could you try some changes in your hardware acceleration settings? (DXVA, DXVA2, software, shaders, ect)
If that doesn't narrow it down, could you post a full log with debug on.

Here is full log. Not very au fait with above settings, but i haven't changed anything and hardware accelaration is definitely on.
