Team,
Any luck with the artist fanart as a background slideshow in the "Music" home screen for the song that is currently playing. the artist image rotates in the square box. The add-on says completed downloading artist images. However, I am unable to see the artist fanart as a background picture in the "Music" home screen. Please help.

you need cdart manager for that
then in library view , select the path to it

Thanks Skank. Earlier in MQ3, I could see the slideshow of the artist rotating as a background image on home screen in the song that was playing (downloaded automatically from internet) , without CDArt Manger. But now in MQ4 this does not happen. Am I missing something?

No you need cdartmanager..
You can set multiple images as background too, go to bottom twice, then chose "adjust"
Make sure you are on music, hit enter, then chose multi background...

Thanks Skank. Appreciate it. Any tutorial on how to quickly setup CDART for showing slideshow of artist or album on home screen while playing music. I read through some CDART tutorials but was fairly confused.

Have a problem with the menu when watching a video, everytime I move over one button from play to next for example, the menu closes. Also it will not move unless the cursor is on the menu, if it is on the video it will not work. Any ideas how to fix this?

I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure MQ4 was aimed at Eden...not Frodo(which is still in alpha btw...).

It's meant to be a hybrid skin - Frodo and Eden are supported if I'm right.
Even MQ3 doesn't work with the latest Github Version (dark screen "bug" too).

Quick question - has anybody been having any issues with the allinone add on
My Ubuntu Server 12.04 has been freezing on boot recently - often taking two boots for it to start properley - no errors as far as I can see
Ive disabled the allinone script now and so far its booting properley again - could be just a coincidence I suppose but just wondering

Tried several ways importing lyrics but only 1 program succeeded and that was minilyrics. If i check the lyrics with sylt editor i see the lyrics available but non of the 2 plugins cu and lrc can display embedded lyrics like they are stored in the sample file i have created.
Can you provide a test mp3?

Hi - Noob question here: When I play music the visualiation I see is a picture of the CD cover with a spinning CD.
How do I enable the visulations like Milkdrop which show spinning lines etc - the kids like these.
I cant seem to find an option.
