That backdrop comes as part of one of the add-on themes from the ExtraPack if I'm not mistaken. Which theme it's part of, I have no idea.

is the fix. If I understand how xbmc dev works on github it should show up in a nightly today or tomorrow.

Good job! That fixed the MQ4 problem in beta 3
Works now with a new compile...

By "same issue" you could have meant any of thousands of things. If you wish to elaborate, someone may be able to assist in resolving your issues...
I'm not having any problems using Beta 3, everything does as I expect it too, so it's not a blanket "It's broke, wait for a fix" type issue you're likely to be having...
