I've selected the "add to favourites" on a bunch of videos. The problem is... Where is the complete list of those favourites?

That largely depends on which skin you are using.
You can access the 'Favourites' menu by selecting the blue icon in the lower left corner of The Home Screen of the default Confluence skin.

Thanks, I had looked everywhere except at that little nondescript unlabeled icon. Doh!
