my system is
windows 7 x64

dvi - monitor, hdmi - avamp -tv - dont think other specs are needed
basically when my amp on and tv and then i turn my pc on xmbc start up from boot on my tv and no need to touch my pc as in kb/ mouse i can just operate xmbc w/ remote.But if my amp off xbmc will boot up on my pc monitor then ill have to close it then do what im doing on my pc then if i want xbmc on my tv ill have to open it and then change the output back to my tv. What i wanna do is make either windows or xmbc think my tv on or something so xbmc is just waiting on my tv for when i turn my amp on. If any of that maded sence

This is a bug I've been begging the development to fix for almost a year.
Search for my posts, find the TRAC bug numbers and then post your need for this in the TRAC site.
The more people we get to complain the more likely it's to get fixed.
