RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - frieten - 2014-03-30 hi luna sorry to be a pain but how long does it usually take to get a donor login? i donated and am awaiting a login so i can try this awesome plugin i really dont want to try it without using the auto build option which is donor only. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Lunatixz - 2014-03-30 (2014-03-30, 11:38)kaiseruk Wrote: Also the video osd appears by itself without pressing a button, commenting out these line in overlay.py resolves this for me anyways: I can't see this being the problem, maybe a means to hide the problem? When I looked into this issue a few months ago I figured it was unrelated to my Plugin. The action you commented out above opens the window after a "ACTION" or "KEYPRESS", which means something is generating that keypress to trigger the window to open. No where in my code does this happen, so I concluded a stray keypress or even a bug in xbmc is causing this. I reached this conclusion when I noticed I was able to reproduce this problem every-time I was running PTVL and my video library update started. Thanks... I may or may not include it in my build... Going to push USTVnow update then most likely not update again till Friday... RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - demarini - 2014-03-30 hey luna. yes, upgraded to latest version. trying everything i can think of on my end before i post. thanks RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - TheBuz - 2014-03-30 Hi guys i have an annoying problem, i have set-up a smart playlists for various genres of TV shows, and set them as channels, that is all fine. However the Channels seam to play the same content for days with not much variation there are 14 or shows in Channel and currently for example i have: 90's TV - Frasier x 2 then Spin City x 2. repeating for 3 days on the EPG then the show changes to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Comedy USA - American Dad x 2 Family Guy x 2 repeating for 3 days on the EPG then the show changes all my channels are like this, it's really annoying how can i fix it? even show distribution is on all channels RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - kraz - 2014-03-30 (2014-03-29, 23:34)ianuk2005 Wrote: Just a quick bug report. I'm having some issues with the amber skin that make the plugin unusable which is a shame because it's a really snappy skin! Once you open the guide and close it the keyboard controls no longer affect pseudotv and instead act as if it's a normal video open. I am having the exact same issue as ianuk2005 using the Amber skin. Works fine in Confluence. Log = Fix ::Update:: Good news! next update will include "beta" version of direct plugin channel building aswel as USTVnow autotuning... More details at release... RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - baken1925 - 2014-03-31 It has been a while but I am back trying to figure this out again and am still having the same issue. I have 3 HDD with movies and 3D movies, on all 3 drives. All 3 drives are scraped and everything is fine there. I am trying to create a smartplaylist for DC, so to only have DC movies. To have a DC only channel here in PseudoTV Live. The issue I am having is, I have Man of Steel, both regular Blu-Ray and 3D Blu Ray, so when I try to create a smartplaylist and use Title Is, BOTH of these are added to the playlist, which I do not want, I ONLY want the regular Blu Ray, I have also tried a few other ways of adding only DC movies to this playlist, but then the playlist shows up blank and empty. Any help on this? It has been driving me nuts. The reason for this, is because I use a third part party software and a script for 3D Movies, but other machines in the house do not support 3D, but we share channels, so I do not want any 3D movies showing up in this playlist. I also want to do the same for Marvel movies, but first things first, is getting it figured out, Smartplaylists drive me nuts. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - gjwAudio - 2014-03-31 Hi Luna Sorry for late reply - schedule is upside down these days. (2014-03-30, 17:42)Lunatixz Wrote: Coming Up box stopped working?Correct... or, it's not shown up on anything I've been watching via PTVL for a long time. Bear in mind, I've not built any channels from local content, just viewing online sources. Come to think of it, most are from youtube. Could that be a cause for no CUB (Coming Up Box) ? If YT is not a possible cause, then I will create a log for this behaviour - just say the word. (2014-03-30, 17:42)Lunatixz Wrote: What Codec display?Arrrrgh... I shouldn't be typing so early in the day without supervision CODECINFO (wiki entry) was the message sent to the fingers, pardon the confusion. Mentioned previously here and here and here, I use this feature all the time. Really. Perhaps obsessively. I'm curious about exactly what source format is coming in, and what xbmc & my video processor are doing with it before it hits the screen. Sometimes get scolded for tinkering while a show is running . I'm not sure who is "in control" while a video is playing - xbmc or PTVL - but if it's xbmc, then what is preventing the request (either "Guide" button on remote, or "O" keyboard command) from getting through ? Will this ever be possible ? Here is a log of "No response to GUIDE button". Launched PTVL/ pressed GUIDE button (3x) - no response/ Exit PTVL (using green Windows button)/ reboot to close log. Thanks for checking. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - gjwAudio - 2014-03-31 Press M to access audio and video settings. Hi Luna I just found this on page 20 of Milkman's Guide. It works just fine - woo-HOO - I've been wondering how to display the scroll line while inside PLTV. Since there are so many MCE remote keys to which PTVL does not respond, could you assign a remote keypress to mirror the action of the "M" keyboard command ? Pretty please RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - spyder - 2014-03-31 (2014-03-31, 00:12)baken1925 Wrote: It has been a while but I am back trying to figure this out again and am still having the same issue.I don't think there's any playlist filters to exclude 3D videos, perhaps exclude the resolution? I don't have any 3D rips so I'm not sure that they have a 2x resolution, or if there is a playlist feature to include any 3D resolution. The other option would be to put all 3D movies in their own folder and exclude it from the playlists. The other option would be to put all 3D movies in their own folder and exclude it from the playlists. I would either "tag", "Prefix" or "Suffix" the movies as 3D, then filter in smart-playlist. Or do what I do, I have a separate 3D movie folder where I store my 3D movies. Then in xbmc my scrapped source Movies folder has : Z:\Movies Z:\Movies 3D Now you have a path to sort by, in smart playlists ignore all movies that start with the path "Movies 3D" (2014-03-31, 01:37)gjwAudio Wrote: Press M to access audio and video settings. I will add something, If I forget... remind me RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - baken1925 - 2014-03-31 Ok, I have no idea, I have been messing with this for 3 hours today, and off and hour over the last few months, and could not get it to work, so I come on here and ask for help, try a few things and then it magically works. I deleted the existing playlists I had, and started from scratch, I started with Playlist is not 3D Movies, then went with Title Contains, and chose the movies I wanted individually and it worked.......for now lol Thanks RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - FredG89 - 2014-03-31 How do you add Directories to the Channel List? I know how to add playlists, but not directories... RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - guttermonk - 2014-03-31 BOOM! Donor features and Bring the Popcorn work in the new 0.3.6 release. Luna, you're awesome. Have a drink on me. Can't wait to see how plugin channels work. I have a feeling it's going to be monumental. |
