1200 logos all reworked in just 10mins. You should send your resume to Adobe.
PS those logos aren't suitable to directly transform into white or I wouldn't be looking for another set, but thanks.

I did not think you needed all 1200 of the logos.I only have about 60 channels myself. I was thinking you were going to take the amount you were actually going to use and photoshop them.

If they are not in the right format to do that then point is mute anyway.

I'm working on a new EPG skin that I plan on releasing so I want to make sure I have as many logos included as possible. If it was just for me, I would just grab the vectors I needed for myself and call it a day. I do appreciate you trying to help Smile

Hold off on your release... the sidebar is part of the skin and will need some new code and a sidebar png...
When you do release, send me link please, so I can add to my custom skins download folder.

Hey Luna, just noticed two possible bugs.

1. I tried setting up a channel on 999 and setting it to auto start on that channel but it wouldn't work. Actually it wouldn't work on any number higher than the number of channels I have. It would just kick back to 1.

2. Not sure if this is the way its suppose to work but I have my autotune setup to use 500+. Did a few autotunes and then noticed in my settings file that it was putting channels at 1500+ and these channels wouldn't load as they are above 999. I was expecting that autotune would wipe out anything existing at 500+ and overwrite. I had the previous autotuned channels still sitting at 500+.

1. You can't go to a channel that doesn't exist... if you only have 200 channels you can't autostart on 300...

2. Weird, it's supposed to stop adding channels after 999, are you running development build?

1. I have my channels setup in ranges in my settings2.xml. I was using 999 as a dummy channel and have it defined. Can tune to it manually. If you create channels 1-3 then 5-9 seting autostart to 9 won't work but 8 will. When I say about 200 channels it doesn't mean sequentially just in various blocks through the range.

2. This was the stable build. Not exactly sure what prompted it but it was something I noticed that was happening.

RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Estate - 2014-11-21

Hi,
Sorry to beat a dead horse here, I read a bunch of posts about this but still a little unclear as to how it works for updating channels:

I have updates set to 24 hours.
Settop box mode is off.
Background updates are on.

Looking for the right settings or to understand better how it all interacts.

From what I've read, if I use settop mode, each channel should have a manual property set in the settings2.xml to set the refresh rate? Is that correct?
I'd prefer not to do that as I have a lot of channels and a global refresh time is fine. But if settop mode is off, but I have it set to refresh channels every 24 hours anyway... it's more or less the same thing as channels won't go stale?

Long story short. I leave it running 24/7, I just want the channels to remain fresh and not have the same playlist playing over and over.

Many thanks to anyone who can give me a quick overview.

I had this issue as well. Not sure what caused it to happen but I just manually removed them from my settings2.xml.

I'll defiantly do that, if you would like I can skin the sidebar as well. I can send you a sneak peek if you like. It's a good one, lots of bells and whistles in 1080.

RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Lunatixz - 2014-11-22

Seasonal Channel finished, I need more playlists over at the community list, follow the format already started... One channel per month.

How to add the channel?

First you need v.0.5.6b, which atm hasn't been pushed yet.

Then you can either "Autotune" the channel, or manually create the channel.
Code:
<setting id="Channel_1_type" value="10" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_time" value="0" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_1" value="November" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_2" value="31" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_3" value="" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_4" value="" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_rulecount" value="1" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_rule_1_id" value="1" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_rule_1_opt_1" value="Seasonal Channel" />
    <setting id="Channel_1_changed" value="True" />

You don't have to change setting1 "November" every holiday, code will keep it updated... ie in december it will change on it's own to "December"

Channel populates off the community list... so keep it updated Smile

For the life of me I can't figure out why my Youtube Channel isn't working. I even tried looking at the source code.

Here are the logs...

Code:
18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: setupChannel 64
18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-Channel: Added rule - Rename Channel to TechTV
18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: runActions 1 on channel 64

18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: clearPlaylistHistory
18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: channel not valid, ignoring
18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: runActions 16 on channel 64

18:58:52 T:4375187456   DEBUG: script.pseudotv.live-ChannelList: runActions 64 on channel 64

and is the settings2.xml

Code:
<setting id="Channel_64_type" value="10" />
<setting id="Channel_64_1" value="TheVerge|Engadget" />
<setting id="Channel_64_2" value="8" />
<setting id="Channel_64_3" value="50" />
<setting id="Channel_64_4" value="0" />
<setting id="Channel_64_changed" value="True" />
<setting id="Channel_64_rulecount" value="1" />
<setting id="Channel_64_rule_1_id" value="1" />
<setting id="Channel_64_rule_1_opt_1" value="TechTV" />

I also tried copying the example directly from the YoutubeTV section and had a similar problem. I have both plugin.video.youtube and plugin.video.bromix.youtube installed.

Problem: I'm using an Android-based Minix Neo X8-h with the ARM processor which is running Gotham and I have recently installed the PseudoTV Live add-on and I'm unable to generate channels.

I'm VERY new with using this system so I apologize ahead of time if this topic has been beaten to death already. I also live in Canada, but I've been running PseudoTV Live on my windows-based computer without any problems and it has been generating channels.

Any suggestions or possible fixes?

Thanks in advance for the help!Big Grin

Looks like it could solve my last issue with running PTVL 24/7. Any chance it could be more customisable or have some more options. I would ideally need it to set the screen black, like the default screensaver setting and mute/pause the playback?

Hi Lunatixz & All,

Awesome add on Lunatixz.

I am having few problems, my apologies if this has been addressed but i did not find any solutions maybe i overlooked. I am running this on windows 8, Gotham xbmc.

1) When i run the auto tune process, the process gets stuck at 13% when trying to autotune USTV. I am using the custom version Lunatixz build from his repo. I did the auto tune again with out Ustv for now.

2) On the first post i notice Lunatixz stated Veetle.tv plugin is support. I don't see this plugin as an options under add on setting --> Autotune. How exactly do i create a channel for this?

Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Development branch updated to v.0.5.6b and includes the Seasonal Channel.

Gotham? Did you reboot?, Did you try reapplying or uninstalling, reinstalling patch. Then reboot?

I did reboot. I uninstalled and reinstalled both the patch and PTVL. I am running Gotham. Whether I have the patch or not, the skins PTVL and Concast just show fanart. However, for the Default skin, if I do not have windowpatcher then it will not find any artwork at all, if I do have windowpatcher it'll have the video running in the bottom right corner (which makes no sense to have with the default skin) and you can tell that the video being played is actually layered over the fan art because you can see the edges. Weird. I'm also fully updated to 5.6 and I don't have the sidebar, not sure if that's related at all. In any event, I think this may have happened before and just fixed itself when the next update came out. I just wonder if I am the only one having this problem, I really like the Concast skin and would love to have video playing instead of the fan art.

Is there a collection of other fan made skins somewhere?

Check that. When I have Windowpatch disabled in concast it shows just the fanart. But when I do have it enabled it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/rtF5XXg.jpg

Not sure what happened. Worked totally fine before the update. Think maybe I need to reinstall one of the modules?
