RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Marshall - 2014-12-03 (2014-12-03, 01:57)lzep Wrote: Quick question, I'm using ReFocus skin with this (PTVL skin set to Classic) and any update after 0.4.7 removes the player control OSD. (when you press M on the keyboard). Is there a setting somewhere where I can reactivate it or a different button to press to make it popup? It's the only thing keeping me from updating PTVL to the latest version. (I use this osd a lot for audio track switching, subtitles on/off, etc.) Thanks! The latest development version (0.5.6a) has a sidebar you can use to activate the OSD, subtitles, settings etc. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - JohnnySpringer - 2014-12-03 (2014-12-02, 09:07)JohnnySpringer Wrote: Hey, does anyone know how to change the user-agent? You might then want to map the context button to the info button through that and see if it helps. But you can easily play around and figure it out in the keymap editor. PTVL works really well, however I am having an issue with the remote mapping.Anyone? For instance if I map the menu button to context under the global section in the xml, the menu button always opens the context menu. But if i also map it to info under the section "fullscreenvideo" (the window id) it opens the info screen when a full screen video is playing, but continues to open the context menu everywhere else. This is what I'm trying to achieve. Unfortunately this doesn't work in pseudo tv because it appears that the script displays a different window on top of the full screen video, and I would need to map the button for that window. I just don't know what that window is. Perhaps Lunatixz can shed light onto this. I'm struggling to understand which settings take precedence. I had Setttop mode on, background updating on, and 24 hour refresh interval. My channels did update to a point but after a day or two my settings2.xml began to be missing channels I manually created and channels went missing. Had to restore a backup of the file and do a hard reset of the channels to restore. I read the thread and it sounds like I need to turn off settop mode and set refresh to "automatic" so onl individual channels refresh when all content has been watched? This is what I've gathered from searching this thread. But for whatever reason I am just seeing the same episodes over and over until I do a hard reset again. Many thanks if someone can better explain this to me. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - fr3qu3ncy - 2014-12-04 Hey all. When PTVL add's artwork, it seems to grab in another language. Anyway for me to change? I'm in the US and want the english versions of the artwork. Thanks. Not sure why you need "special" mapping... the simple answer is use the keymap editor as mentioned... Best tips I can offer is read the FAQ and the below link about controls. https://github.com/Lunatixz/script.pseudotv.live#controls (2014-12-03, 04:44)lzep Wrote:(2014-12-03, 02:19)Marshall Wrote:(2014-12-03, 01:57)lzep Wrote: Quick question, I'm using ReFocus skin with this (PTVL skin set to Classic) and any update after 0.4.7 removes the player control OSD. RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - countdorkula - 2014-12-04 Hi everybody, First off, thank you all so much for helping to make this add-on so amazing. I use it every day, and it is so much better than paying for cable. Anyway, I have a channel that keeps screwing up. It's a youtube playlist of about 300 different music videos. It plays 1 or 2 videos, and then skips to the next channel, saying "playback failed". I have about 10 other channels made from Youtube playlists, and they never give me any trouble. The videos all work, as I've checked them all out on the computer before adding them. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem? |
