Anyone know if the logo pack is available for donors again yet? I still have (and use) the one from Milkman but it's missing quite a few channels and presumably Luna's is more complete.

Moving files to my new site, possible downloads and xmltv listings may go up and down for the next few weeks! Sorry for any inconvenience...

After painfully spending the last couple days figuring everything out and running into a ton of crashes, I think I for the most part I am now in the clear. The only issue that I am still running in to is if I hit the stop button while a stream is playing. PseudoTV Live appears to stop but it doesn't quit and Kodi brings me to the home screen but I can't do anything. I hear clicking like I'm moving around the menu but nothing gets highlighted. I assume you are not supposed to hit stop button but sometimes I accidentally hit the button just from old habits. Is there a way to get control back without force quitting Kodi? If this is the normal behavior can I request a feature that makes the stop button simply pause the stream or bring up the quit dialog for PTVL.

Just change channels and you will have control again.

Nothing works after I hit stop. I tried hitting channel up and down to change channels. I tried hitting enter to bring up guide. I tried hitting esc to exit. The only thing that seems to work is hitting S to bring up the shutdown menu.

Try channel number and enter. That is what I do when I get stuck on it. Haven't tried it in a bit, but that is what I use to do.

Think I found a small bug, When adding a channel through the configuration tool of these types: TV Network, TV Show, and playlist, then navigating to advanced channel rules to set the channel name. Once it is saved. It puts a leading space in the settings2 file for the channel name setting. I think this is why some users are reporting that their logos aren't showing up. Thanks. Hope it explained ok.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

(2015-02-18, 07:40)LakersFan Wrote: Hey guys. I was reinstalling my PTVL from scratch since it never ran right since the last update. I figured it was something with my setup since no one else was really complaining about it. So, long story short, I have a clean install and I prefer to manually configure my channels. I click open channel configuration, click Custom Playlist and try to push the down button on my remote but it doesn't respond. It only clicks left and right while in the Open Channel Configuration section.

I'm running AFTV with PTVL 0.5.8e. Debug log...

Any help would be terrific. Thanks!

Ok, looks like I figured it out? Maybe someone else can confirm this... Open Channel Configuration, select a blank channel, On Channel Type, scroll to the far right (up arrow), click once and Custom Playlist should appear. Click down to see if you can scroll down to select the playlist. If not, click over one to the down arrow, then try to click down to add the playlist.

It's really a minor thing, but if it's a bug and not by design, maybe Lunatixz can add it to the things of things to fix one day... Smile

At any rate, he should change the front page, that's probably going to make people angry.

OR... he could just open a FREE email account that is SOLELY for people to contact after donating. Then he does't have to sift through a bunch of junk. HE can even put a filter on it so only emails with "donation" in the subject go through.

Yeah I don't get it. I've posted a lot of bugs and solutions to bugs yet I'm ignored.

Why antagonize Lunatixz? I appreciate the work he puts into pseudotv and don't think users should harass him. Your post on its own speaks to why you are on his ignore list.

Antagonize? I wasn't at all. I also greatly appreciate Luna. But I find it strange that he ignores people for little reasons. And then to expect us to track him down offsite to appeal it...

That's fine if that's how he wants to do things, but many won't do that, let alone know they have been ignored.

On another note, anyone else getting this problem with the guide?
I am getting it on multiple devices. Newest version too.

From my point of view it appears like you do. I can't imagine he ignores everyone, and you seem to post negatively. In one day you impolitely requested a feature, called him strange, then insulted his topic rules.

RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Dec64 - 2015-02-19

He does not want you to appeal his decisions. He ignores people who do not follow the guidelines. Posting up issues without proper logs. Posting issues over and over even though it's the same issue and still no proper logs ect. People who have no read the instructions properly on the first page and ask questions covered on the first page.

Becomes very time consuming to have to deal with, easier to ignore those who wont do the basics to assist.

Spot on.

I certainly did not mean to harass him. My concern was that he may push away donors. Heck, if everybody donated even $1 and 10,000 people use the addon?

I don't think I've done that is my point.

Look guys, this isn't an attack or criticism. Luna can run his plugin and his thread however he wants. I think it's weird to ignore people without any obvious reason. But that's up to him.
I totally get how the "LOL THIS PLUGIN DOESN"T WORK FIX IT NOW LUNA" posts get super old fast. So I feel for him on that. But if you look at my posts, I'm legit trying to help fix bugs. Sometimes there isn't a need to post a log if it's a known issue, but there isn't any place to go to in order to find out if that issue has been acknowledged.... maybe that's something we could run and put together.

Figuring out if it's "ya we know about it, it's a bug" or if it's a "post your log, that's something new" isn't always easy.
