RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - snesmaster40 - 2015-04-01 (2015-03-30, 07:09)Bbold Wrote: Hey anybody having problems getting there epg for plugins to work? None of my the donor list plugins show epg anymore. Dont kno if the update or what but plugins not getting epg. Can anyone help would appreciated guys thanks. It's a bug that was introduced in 0.6.1. Something to do with the epgwindow.py file as PLTV scans and detects the videos from the plugins. I downgraded back to 0.6.0a and the EPG on plugins works just fine there. Thanks but how do I downgrade to previous version? "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - carlog - 2015-04-01 Won't downgrading to 0.6.0a break XMLTV? Or at least ptvlguide? Speak of the devil I was just about to make an error report of the EPG focusIndex being busted. Download is here: https://github.com/Lunatixz/XBMC_Addons/tree/master/zips/script.pseudotv.live Uninstall the current version and then install 0.6.0a. You'll need to uninstall the repo to prevent it from autoupdating. Just remember that you won't get support on an old version of PLTV, since any problems then were probably fixed. I don't use that feature, but I think you just need to change the channel config back to it's old name. RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - wrichards - 2015-04-01 Didn't work for me, but then again I've moved a lot , will wait for new push, thank you again for the work on this app, it's the heart of my media center. Would like a detailed explanation of what exactly broke if possible to get more understanding of the over all program, I understand it was a epgwindows file but what happened to it.? RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Lunatixz - 2015-04-01 (2015-04-01, 19:03)wrichards Wrote: Didn't work for me, but then again I've moved a lot , will wait for new push, thank you again for the work on this app, it's the heart of my media center. Absolutely nothing happened to the epgwindow script the exception is merely raised there. The problem originates from the channellist script and is due to a indentation typo. https://github.com/Lunatixz/XBMC_Addons/blob/master/script.pseudotv.live/resources/lib/ChannelList.py#L4792 Dont know if I owe any detailed explanations, this project is way too complex to be held accountable for any changes that break something... Just have faith that it will be fixed and depending on the severity of the bug the fix will be pushed in a timely manner. When running in set top mode, will it scrape in new commercials from a local folder at the set refresh interval? This project is so awesome I feel guilty to post any kind of feature request. Like asking for extra sprinkles on a giant birthday cake. I am getting hangs at the external guide data download. Kodi will still respond to some things like \ but it sits there forever until I force crach kodi and re-launch. has happened multiple times, will try to grab a log but TV is in use for a basketball game. RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - PAPAPUMP - 2015-04-02 First time post! PseudoTV is awesome and i love it. I've got it running in my PC and on my Minix Neo x8-h ! Just was wondering if anyone could tell me how to change skin on android. My Minix Neo runs Android x86 and I want to change the skin! Anyone able to help me out? *** custom skins *** RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - olsonbri - 2015-04-02 I've been getting C++ runtime errors over the last 2 updates, on 2 seperate machines. Both running win7. I cannot put a finger on it. When my wife was gone one week I tried to crash PLTV... couldn't. When she came back, the Kodi crashes started again. It usually happens when selecting a new channel from the EPG (plays a few seconds, then Windows popup says "KODI has stopped working ..." I have the HDHomeRun dual tuner (HRHD3-US). Updated to the latest Kodi 14.2. I'm pointing PLTV to the strm files generated by the HdHomeRun client. XMLTV is generated from zap2it. I've been using PLTV for a year with no problems, until recently with the PLTV updates Kodi keeps crashing. Any thoughts/help is appreciated!! Kodi log: http://pastebin.com/0uQhsejV Its tornado season in Oklahoma! We gotta have TV, with or w/out Kodi. I'd rather do it PLTV!! Thanks if you can help! RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Marshall - 2015-04-02 Kind of a newb question mainly because I get amnesia easily, but can you scan folders recursively for media using Add-ons? I *thought* there was a way but I could be wrong. The reason I ask is because the Apple iTunes Trailers (Video Add-on) http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=160691 would be really handy for generating a nice "Preview" channel. Especially since you can pick your resolutions, and even send a movie snatch request to Couch Potato. The only problem is it grabs all the trailers and lists them in sub-folders... so either the Add-on needs to scan each folder for media or I need to modify the Add-on code. Which I don't like to do when other people are already maintaining the Add-on. RE: "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Lunatixz - 2015-04-02 (2015-04-02, 21:36)Marshall Wrote: Kind of a newb question mainly because I get amnesia easily, but can you scan folders recursively for media using Add-ons? I *thought* there was a way but I could be wrong. PseudoTV Live has recursive plugin parsing, but things can get out of hand since a lot of plugins are poorly written (each file has its own directory) and could cause extreme parsing times. I came up with this hacky logic to determine folder depth: https://github.com/Lunatixz/script.pseudotv.live/blob/master/resources/lib/ChannelList.py#L4456 Whatever your media limit for that channel is divide by 25 (standard plugin page items). Try upping the media-limit which will increase parsing depth.
