All Kodi plugins are written in Python, which are .py files. You can open these in Notepad.

Hi, I have a problem with the "now watching" fanart, it doesn't appear on the menu.
I have in my folder the fanart.jpg but I can't see it on pseudotv live when I watch a movie or a tvshow.
Can you help me, I have been trying for hours !

Hey guys, I've scoured this thread and forum and whatever else resources I could find and unable to get definitive answers. I am trying to import .plx files to create new channels but it doesn't seem to take. I am however trying to import them from navi x which I know is not to be discussed here. Anyone have any links or helpful hints they can share

skin question: since the random exit glitch, I switched my skin from Comcast 1080, to PTV 720.... Now I LOVE 1080 I switched to the 720 which is ok, but I hate the resolution switch the tv has to goto when displaying HD videos.... so I wanted to know before re-editing all my logos from 1080 down to 720, if the 1080 still experiences the random shut down? stupid question I know, but having spent the last few days editing the PTV to how I like it and today doing the logos down to 720. Id rather go back to working with the Comcast 1080....
anyway hope Im clear I know I post garbage sometimes without thinking.

Some of the skins use landscape.jpg instead of fanart.jpg
Make sure that you have some landscape artworks in your folders and try again, something tells me this might fix your problems.

I am actually using the aeon mq5 skin and I tried with fanart.jpg and landscape.jpg and it's still the same problem the "now watching" fanart doesn't appear in the menu.

The PTVL skin is the one I use because it shows fanart and the video window when browsing. But it is so ugly. Can we get some of the other prettier skins to have both art and a video window as well?

working on PTV mod skin, mostly cosmetic, I want 2 working skins a 720 and 1080 one... Ive got my Concast mod almost finished for the 1080, ive been playing with PTV for 720, Im just hate my tv hard swaping resolutions to play HDs with the 720 skin. I washaving problems with my Concast skin dropping to exit, but seems last update fixed it. give me a link to post screens of the mods if youd like to see. I dont wanta clog up this thread more than I am with my stupid posts....
thanks very much to the coders. the codes Im running into are very well lalyed out with descriptions of sections making it easy to find things I wanta play with....

Adding youtube channels doesn't work anymore,
any youtube channel I add ends up showing me this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKY3scPIMd8.
This means something in PseudoTV uses an old outdated Youtube API.

I caught this message a couple of times myself here recently. I assume you are using the YouTube add on by Bromix? If not, install it and see what happens. I know YouTube is messing around with some things right now and I believe they are dumping flash support and switching over to HTML5... no idea if that has anything to do with it but I can report my YouTube channels (and I have loads) are working fine. Playlists, multi-lists, channels etc.
