As far as I tested the skin does not work on gotham, its a shame as I really do like this skin
The last time the skin has been edited has been a year ago.. Kinda sucks, does anyone know of a similur looking skin?

There has been no development on this skin for almost a year. U can download the skin @ https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.cycle
As far as I remember its only Gotham compatible, and far from done (hence the WIP).
The project also seems abandoned as stated in the first post:
