Random crash when watching mp4 - girth - 2013-08-12
I only get this crash when I am watching Good Eats and the machine runs fine on all other machines. At first I thought it was an issue with the episode but it happens on almost all of the show episodes. I have highlighted the parts that it mentions the failure.

1. enabled debugging
2. VAAPI on AMD is fundamentally broken.
