No hierarchy if only one recording? - spinnaker - 2013-11-23

The WMC client does not have a hierarchy if there is only one recording or if the recording is a movies.

Do we want the same? Should it be an option or just always work that way.

Again I would be happy to look at adding this as an enhancement just wanted to get some ideas first.

I thought about this, but decided that if it detects that its an episode of a series I like it better if it is one level down. But this could be made an option in the future.

So movies will be at main level?

Yeah I am torn on series too. It is a nice way to see both the series and episode name. I think in WMC, if it is only 1 episode, you don't see the episode name till you open it up.

I think you are right about wmc, but I am not necessarily trying to copy everything wmc does. As for movies, if you choose to not group them in a 'movies' folder they should be at the top level not a level down.
