settings don't change anything - smallclone - 2013-11-26

When I go to change the feel of the home screen. None of the changes happen.

Openelec. Frodo.

Any ideas?

Which options exactly did you change and can we assume from your posting location that you are referring to the Back Row skin?

Yes Back row.

I took the countdown intro off. I took the curtains off. I disabled a few menu shortcuts from the home screen. But nothing happens. I've tried switching to other skins and back. Rebooting the device (Intel Celeron NUC, 4GB RAM with latest Openelec) but no changes occur.

When I go back into settings - the changes are still there. Everything runs like it should - apart from the changes actually not being made.

Sorted this now.

Seems to work. No idea why it wasn't but a couple of restarts did the trick.
