Can I use this CPU - cpeters1965 - 2014-01-02
Good afternoon all,
Looking int doing a home build of XBMC. I have a old emachine c6537 processor here that I want to use. Will it work? And what graphic card will I need to add to it. Any and all help is appreciated thank you

With a cheap NVIDIA GPU like a GeForce 620 it should be fine.

Get a GT610 instead, they're cheaper and there are many passively cooled models.

Yes. I am running a similar CPU, but like others have said you will need an upgraded gpu. Gt 520/610/620 should work fine.
