Hello all,
Im brand new to android box and I have a major problem.I have bought a mx iptv 18 pro and came upon a system update.I downloaded it on to a flash drive and ran it as to instructions .Near the end it said FAILED.Upon reebooting I have a blank screen with no communication with the box at all just a blank tv screen.I tried resetting via the av button but to no avail.Is my box dead or can it be revived.
Would much appreciate any advice or help in any way.

Contact xbmc support for a refund... oh wait, that should be contact your vendor for a refund or assistance.
