strange database issue - boosterbosch - 2014-03-23 Hi all, I will start off with explaining my current setup: 192.168.0.105 MySql server with Frodo 12.3 installed as well 192.168.0.102 Bedroom Apple TV 2 running Frodo 12.3 192.168.0.103 Living Room Apple TV 2 running Frodo 12.3 and then there is my MB Pro running gotham beta 2 (although I had the same issue running Frodo 12.3) the issue: it seems to pick up my database to a point 2 months ago, but no new changes since ... advancedsettings.xml is the same on all 4 devices and the other 3 work perfectly. I've done reinstalls but nothing works so far. Copy of my advanced settings.xml: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25722879/advancedsettings.xml Copy of my xvmc log: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25722879/xbmc.log Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Barry RE: strange database issue - prae5 - 2014-03-23 You can't share databases between Frodo and Gotham. All devices must be on the same major xbmc revision. A look at your log suggests it's not running from mysql though (at least I don't see any of the usual spew). |
