Please give a possible to watch TV from android tuner DVBT in XBMC.
Now it is possible (watch dvbt in XBMC) only in Windows and Linux platform but Android not yet :-(

It's possible on Android, but only a few situations have it working. There are some specific chipsets/boxes that have TVHeadend (mostly) working on Android. There are others who are also working on Android based recording software. All in good time.

I did not find any plugin XBMC for android box dvbt, my box is XENIC SMART MEDIA BOX DVBT2:
CPU: AML8726-M6, 1.5GHz ARM Cortex Dual-core A9 + 1080P Media + Dual/3D GPU
GPU: Dual Core, Mali-400MP GPU
RAM: DDRIII 1GB
FLASH: Nand Flash 4GB
WiFi/LAN: IEEE 802.11b/g/n wireless, 10/100Mb Ethernet
ANDROID: Google Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean

There are no "plugins", as instead you need both a compatible "PVR backend" AND a proper "PVR client" addon for XBMC
