To clarify:
Ouya OS (firmware ) is based on Android so you can side-load Netflix's Android app on Ouya.
You won't be running Netflix under XBMC. You will be be running Netflix under the Ouya OS.
XBMC is not an OS, and running Netflix on Ouya have nothing to do with XBMC.
