HDMI audio on Zbox ID92? - meimeiriver - 2014-08-14
Installed XBMC just fine. But how do I enable HDMI audio on Windows 8.1, on my Zbox ID92? Installed the Intel® Management Engine and all, but no HDMI audio is available. The Zbox is connected to my HD receiver (which I used with the PS3 too) via HDMI. Cant't get it to do HDMI audio at all, though. HDMI audio is simply not a listed device to use.
I followed the steps in Windows audio. HDMI audio just simp;y isn't present.
What am I missing?

Well, I found out that Windows 8.1 requires a special Display Audio driver version for the 4600 series, in order to offer HDMI properly (one that can't be obtained thru updating the driver via right-click). Got it working now. Thx (not that anyone helped, LOL, but still).
