Hi. So I'm looking at a video. Then it will go back a minute or so, and play from that point. At first i thought it might be a buffering thing when streaming stuff from websites, but it also happens when playing videos from a hard drive or external drive. Well actually, I'm not quite sure about the hard drive, but it certainly happens with the external drive.

Possible you have an input device that is sending erroneous signal? http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=42708

See if disabling System -> Input Devices -> Joystick support has any effect, assuming it's enabled in the first place.

Thanks folks, I have tried the joystick disabling. Time will tell.
