software deinterlacing 1080i @ 50 Hz works in 13.2 final - basco - 2014-10-09 ok guys, i do not know why but... i went from beta 3 to 13.2 final. dual core 3 GHz cpu. i disable hw acceleration and set is to software with multithread enabled. i choose the "Deinterlace" option in the deinterlacer menu. previously i was not able to deinterlace 1080i@50Hz (stutter) cpu overload and frame skipping. now, in 13.2 final.... the cpu's are at 70% ish and deinterlace works perfectly. i'm happy! and very curious to know what has changed... anyone? RE: software deinterlacing 1080i @ 50 Hz works in 13.2 final - fritsch - 2014-10-10 Most likely the frame threading did not correctly work in beta3 - iirc I had to send another fix for that - but I can't remember anymore. Gotham is long ago. |
