Hello,
I have create a Live Stream Pro Playlist with an another user where there are french channels.
Here is the french tuto :

To install Kodi Internet TV Fr, follow this tutorial :
Download Shani's addon repository : https://github.com/Shani-08/ShaniXBMCWork/blob/master/zips/repository.shani/repository.shani-2.5.zip?raw=true
Start XBMC and go to System> Extensions> Install from zip and search the downloaded file.
When the extensions is activate, go to Download Extesions, Shanis addons Repository, Video Extensions and install LiveStreamsPro and F4mtester
Finally, go to home, video>Extensions, right click on Live stream pro>Parameters>Add Source and add this URL : http://koditvfr.herobo.com/koditvpls.When the URL is addes, press enter and click on add source under the url. The installation is finished.
You can watch french channels when you go on live stream pro extension.

Je me repond, ça marche pas mal sauf quelques chaine comme W9 et 6ter. M6 et Tf1 marche par contre...
Je crois que y'a un soucis sous kodi Android au sujet des flux ffmpeg qui seraient pas décodés...
Je fait tourner sous une Android box (minix néo x7) si jamais y'a besoin d'un testeur sous Android...
