MCE Remote on Helix / Lubuntu - Zxurian - 2014-11-28 trying to setup a new streamlined box. Installed Lubuntu 14.10 fresh Installed Kodi Helix Beta through unstable PPA - works Have MCE Remote plugged in (generic mediagate, RC-6) running Code: ir-keytable Did some searching, and saw that I might have to modify my keymap to support newer kernels, however when I copied Lircmap.xml from /usr/share/kodi/system to ~/.kodi/userdata/keymaps, I saw that it already has entries for the KEY_OK and such. So.... how do I get Kodi to recognize the remote commands that my remote is sending (and based on ir-keytable, being received by the system) Re: MCE Remote on Helix / Lubuntu - nickr - 2014-11-29 Try a debug log (wiki) while doing the button presses. |
