[split] IPTV Simple Client not working after upgrade to Kodi - Van helsing - 2015-01-05

Iptv simple client not working on KODIbuntu and not working kodi on windows.
Whay?

Hijacking a thread means posting about your own issues in a thread someone else started about a different issue. To be able to help with your issue you'll have to post a debug log (wiki).

I also can't get IPTVSimple to work in Helix (OS X 64-bit).

Updating Gotham to Helix and then re-enabling IPTVSimple caused Kodi to crash just before loading the home menu on boot-up. Since I couldn't get into Kodi and turn on debugging, I deleted IPTVSimple from the userdata addons folder. Now Kodi boots fine, but trying to install IPTVSimple through the add-on repository results in a "dependencies not met" error. Would a log still be helpful?

It looks like the PVR Demo client needs to be updated for Helix. Sad

You don't install any PVR add-ons for OS X. All of them are included with the download and only need to be enabled.
