I'm having difficulty getting and keeping the PVR wmc add-on enabled on Helix. I've had the same issue on both a Windows 8 install and on my Raspberry Pi. What happens is this: I'll go in and enable the add-on, and then enable live TV. Most of the time it will tell me that I've enabled tv without enabling an add-on. It's like the add-on enabling isn't taking. I've had some luck by enabling the add-on, restating the system, and then enabling live TV. But even then, sometimes it will get buggy and disable.
I'm not sure if the problem is with the add-on or the kodi build.

Kodi DEBUG log will hopefully show what error is occuring causing the addon to be disabled, so let's start there
