Create network shared music folders on PC,.(Samba shares) See Ubuntu help if you need.
As as music source on RPi (see wiki)

or use any media player that supports UPNP and push your songs to the PI

I want to stream Spotify player (on ubutnu) to XBMC (on raspberry).

sorry, no spotify user so I don't know which features the spotify player supports. There is a spotify addon for Kodi though which you could directly run on the PI I think.
