How to disable WMC PVR? - nola mike - 2015-03-05
Not sure why this seems to be enabled by default in Kodi helix b2, but I'm not using WMC. I was getting a bunch of connection lost messages, so I tried disabling the addon. No dice, so I uninstalled it. For some reason it's STILL trying to connect. I can't delete all traces of it; i'm on openelec, all files seem to be on /usr, and it's ro filesystem. Now I can't even find the addon in the kodi GUI anywhere. What's going on here?

Sound like an OpenElc problem, try deleting addons*.db and rebooting

Weird. Doing that then enabled ALL the PVR addons, so I started getting connection lost messages for all of them. Went through one by one and disabled them though, which seems to have done the trick. Thanks!
