I disabled it, but it's still doing it.

you need to have FSE enabled but also turn on full screen windowed mode in KODI itself, turn it off in MADVR.

Have you got your modes set correctly in MADVR:

2160p23, 2160p24, 2160p25, 2160p30, 2160p50, 2160p60

Also what are your rendering times, they should be sub 30ms for smoother playback, ideally sub 20ms

you dont have FSE on, you are using windowed mode, I said earlier you have to turn that off and use FSE, only items ticked in GENERAL SETTINGS should be use direct 3d and full screen exclusive mode.

Also, if you are getting frame drops that frequent it suggests you havent set you custom res properly in MADVR, you should be able to way better than 8 mins, even with an NVIDA card, mine sometimes days days but AMD has better support for 23,976, always has.

Worked perfectly, had a custom resolution made in my nvidia drivers of 1920x816 and added the resolution as the only resolution in madvr for framerate switching.

Tip, have madvr cut off the black bars from movies to get a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and stay in the custom resolution instead of switching back to 16:9 resolution with blackbars overshooting. This will cause madvr to automaticaly downscale some 16:9 scenes in those imax movies so you get a constant image height screen with added black bars on the sides when an imax scene comes along. works flawless and didn't even notice the switch in scaling.

When madvr scales to much in case of 2.35:1 or 2.40:1 movies use the "disable scaling when scaling is less lines than: x lines". and disable the "zoom small black bars away" options.

Loved that setup and wil use something like that again when i have the room for it. still can't fathom why there arent any 2.39:1 OLED tv's...
