Could you help me with my Amlogic M3 Android 4.0.4 (f16ref) box, plz, what do you need (the android recovery 4.4 takes only update.bin files) ?

its a box from my iptv provider (f16ref board, from the build.prop, 1gb RAM, Amlogic M3) and i could put only update.bin, simmilar to GI FLY Android box with no tuner(https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9kb3QuNjlDRTTUtQXRDQTZSaTg/edit?usp=sharing) , but i dont know how to even open that file :
