Traveling to another country with Amazon fire stick - Meyeone - 2015-06-30

Hi all I have a question I'm traveling to Australia and I want to bring my Amazon fire stick with me is their any settings I have to change to get closer video sources. What I mean is if I'm in Australia how do have it to pick video servers closer to me.

Another another question that I have is in kodi there's a setting that you can change what country you're at what does that really do

Kodi doesn't provide any content and is primarily aimed at a user's local file library, so if you're getting video from servers that are on the internet, that would depend entirely on whoever is providing that content. It's the same as if you use a laptop to get on the web in another country.

The country setting in Kodi is for localization of things like temperature or measurement units, time zones, etc. It has no impact on any video content.
