I'm trying to put option to change the skin on the main menu but not sure how! Any help would be great thanks.

You can't. The only thing you could try is activating the appearance settings and focusing on the correct control.

Didnt test it, but in theory it should be doable via an add-on using JSON-RPC ("Settings.SetSettingValue")
