It looks like you're trying to play a Thomas & Friends video, but I don't see that episode on the menu choice.

You are correct. The issue is when I install an add on then try to play videos I often get the message that one or more items failed to load. In this example I added the pbs add on them tried to play a Thomas video or clip the menu shows 5 or 6 videos of which 1 loads. None of the clips load. I get this message on other addons as well.
As I am sure you guessed I am very new to kodi and I do appreciate your help.

I need you to turn on the "Verbose debug" setting (in Settings->System) and select "curl library". Try playing again and post the debug log to xbmclogs.com or pastebin.com.
Also are you in the US?
It looks like a redirect is not working correctly, there could be several reasons for that. A proxy maybe necessary if you are overseas.
I would also recommend that you upgrade to Kodi 15.0. You're on Android and any playable url that requires https won't work.
