I am very much a newbie when it comes to HTPCs and the technological aspects of building them. From my limited understanding and research on this site it looks like the Nvidia Shield TV is the best box to get for 4K, but it currently doesn't have support for 3D ISO. Can someone recommend a computer build or device that will play 4K and 3D ISO files?
Ideally it would be under $650.
