DTS not working on RPi2 - wlamik - 2015-08-10
Hi Guys,
I was diging all over the internet, but I found nothing regarding my specific problem.
I have RPi2 with Helix Kodi(Openelec). My TV does not support passthrough, so I got HDMI/SPDIF splitter so I can get DD 5.1 and DTS 5.1 sound. I added "hdmi_force_edid_audio=1" to config. Right know I can get 5.1 sound from videos with AAC and DD, however DTS is still downmixed to 2.0 sound. Does somebody know what can I do to fix it?

Have you enabled "enable passthrough" and "DTS capable receiver" in system/audio settings?
Note: hdmi_force_edid_audio=1 will have no effect so can be removed.

Make sure your settings level is set to expert.
