We got a favorite from the time of xbmc.
You can no longer view the Japanese and from upgraded to kodi15.
Cause is that you can not access the "resource.language.ja_jp-1.0.4.zip" file.

"http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/isengard/resource.language.ja_jp/" directory can be accessed.
You can access the "http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/isengard/resource.language.ja_jp/icon.png" file.
You can not access the "http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/isengard/resource.language.ja_jp/resource.language.ja_jp-1.0.4.zip" file.
It went well and passed through the American proxy.
Access from Japan will feel that is blocked.
