Can you give a bit more insight in to the problem? Also, you should be on a newer version of Kodi (15.1+), I would recommend updating OSMC first.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

That will update OSMC to the latest version, and in turn Kodi. This will upgrade your library database version to 15.x, if that is what you are referring to.
