This seems to be the problem. When I try to install FUSION, the error message indicates that this is the likely isssue, which is confirmed when I check SYSTEM INFO. Where can I find detailed instruction on how to connect to the network?

Wow...2 Threads since yesterday closed for rule violation and this will be the third one....you should really read, why your threads are closed...you might get banned from this forum
