Looks awesome... but I've only seen source code so far if its this one?

https://github.com/notspiff/visualization.vsxu

I'm running the default Jarvis nightly viz from an OpenELEC install myself, but could also test on windows if there are instructions somewhere.

It is only available for opengl. I did submit it to oe but i think they had to disable it for some reason.

Note that it works a bit suboptimal with mainline since the visualization is reloaded every time the gui control is created and it has a substantial initialization time.

Wish somebody could make a similar one to Milkdrop for the SATV.

Was messing around with Jarvis testing today and couldnt help but share this one.

Its amazing we finally have an equalizer that works, just look how it changes perfectly with the music.

Well done to whoever did the shadertoy port to windows Wink Now if only we could get this on Linux!

shadertoy builds and runs fine on linux, i just checked it again, all good.

Thanks! Hmmm I guess its another one of them missing from OpenELEC Sad

Pretty cool. Shouldn't be that hard to add to OE ?

Other than Spectrum which works on Android please? I would love Milkdrop 1 or 2 but know it's not compatible.... What a shame.

By the way I have a AFTV2 (Amazon Fire TV 2) & hopefully we can use more than one visualisation, cause I can only find one? Anyone have any ideas of any others or know of anyone who would like a project to port some of these brilliant visualisation for a wider range of the forum community to use?

RE: Visualisation showcase - mossopinc - 2016-04-28

Tks in advance

I have to say, as much as I love projectM on LE and Kodi Jarvis, it can be a little overwhelming at times. If I show Kodi to a friend for the first time I usually start out easy with Waveform, which I also like very much for it's simplicity. It's display is actually very sophisticated if you study it for a bit. Aside from the frequency spectrum it projects it also reveals track quality and potential clipping.

Is anyone aware of any ways to tweak Waveform? I am a total noob at programming in Linux but it would seem pretty straightforward to allow changes to waveform characteristics like color, size and even orientation.

Is this available on other platforms or is anyone familiar with the program?
